I found Aubre at a point in my life where I needed a shift. My confidence was at an all-time low and I was set on this journey to become a better version of myself, and boy did I find that! The challenges. The energy. The pep talks and motivational messages Aubre shares in her workouts. They ALL make Sweat Sessions so unique and my favorite part of every day. I swear after every challenge I watch myself unlock a new, more confident, version of myself each and every time — even when I think there is nothing left to find. And if all of that wasn’t enough, the SBC is truly the most supportive community of all.
