Stepping into your own spotlight can be intimidating. Especially when you feel like there isn’t a place for you. Identifying YOUR own strengths, passions, and unique qualities will help you find your light.
Drowning out other peoples’ opinions and going after what YOU want is such a freeing experience. NO ONE can tell you how to live your life except for you! If you have a big a** dream, you’ve got to just go for it. Jump in. Try.

Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all. A lot of fitness programs out there cater to one body type, or one intention (looking good). It is important for me to create something that can serve the majority of people; EVERYONE deserves to feel included and FEELING their best.
I do that through creating workouts that are fun and make you feel inspired! I design workouts that are high energy or slow, low impact or strength based, dancing, good for your brain, for your mental health, for beginners, for your heart, for the discouraged, for the advanced, for the depressed, for the confident. Literally something for EVERYONE.
Being inclusive and making someone else FEEL how you would want to feel is such a rewarding experience. Sharing your light makes everyone shine brighter, including you!
The best thing you can do for you is simply SHOW UP. Self care has the power to take you from feeling stuck, uninspired, and bored to feeling 12/10 and ready to make the most out of your day. Self care starts with a simple choice, “I am going to give myself what I need right now, at this moment”.
The simple act of saying YES to yourself has the power to transform your energy, mindset, and how you FEEL. I am my most confident self when I take the time to fill my cup. Self care is: boundaries, putting yourself first, understanding what you need to feel CLEAR.
Sometimes it’s reading, a face mask, lighting candles while cleaning the house and listening to music. Self care can be long walks, a 15 minute workout, a 5 minute meditation, making dinner while listening to a podcast.
Self care is ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that gets you closer to feeling like your best self. It looks different everyday. It has transformed ME from the inside out, It has made me feel like I can do anything. Self care is how I have been able to create my dream life. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies, but it has absolutely changed my life.
Again, confidence comes and goes; just like anything else in life, you have to cultivate it within. Just because you have a bad day or are feeling down, doesn’t mean you won’t feel f*cking amazing again or aren’t a total bad a** bish. You are, but some days you might have to work a little harder to own it. Something that always helps me? Looking in the mirror, slapping my own a** and remembering who the F I am!
