Q: What level of fitness do I need to maintain in order to perform the workouts?
A: Our workouts are designed with varying levels of intensity, such as low to high impact. Where applicable, we provide modifications of exercises to suit your fitness level. We’re big advocates of listening to your body – if you feel it’s best to sit out for portions of the workout, please do so.
Q: Do I need equipment for the workouts?
A: Some of our workouts recommend using equipment such as light or heavy dumbbells, arm or ankle weights, balls, or resistance bands, while others require no equipment. In some workouts, we may also recommend using a step, sturdy stool or chair. Even where recommended, equipment is always optional.
Q: Are the workouts safe if I’m pregnant or recently had a baby?
A: Please check with your doctor before performing any exercise, specifically where there are any exercises performed on the belly or at a high impact level. Some of our workouts may be designed specifically for pre- and post-natal use and will be designated as such.

Q: How does the 7-day free trial work?
A: You can sign up for a 7 day free trial on the Sweat Sessions app. Download the app in the app store, (search ‘Sweat Sessions X Aubre Winters’ ), sign up, and you can activate your free trial from there. Only one free trial per person.
Q: What is a Sweat Sessions challenge and how do I sign up?
A: We all love a good challenge and the Sweaty Bish community thrives on them! Look out for challenge announcements on Aubre’s website and socials. When sign ups start, you will receive instructions to join us.

A: To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. After a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you

Q: How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period. You will have access until the end of your billing cycle.

A: Walk Club is a monthly community meet-up that Aubre created. Aubre loves her Empowered Woman Walks and wanted to find a way to connect with her community outside of the virtual world.
